Grand Theft Auto 4

Probably the most anticipated game of all time, i have been playing the GTA series since it began with the original Grand Theft Auto on the Playstation. I used to go over my friends place to play it. We used cheats, and just tried to see how long we would last with the cops on our tail. Later on i grabbed GTA2 for myself, and played that vigorously.
A few years later, before i had even got a Playstation 2, i had bought the new Grand Theft Auto 3, which took the game to a new level. It was/is one of the most controversial games of its time. It had created its own genre, one that many developers tried to mimic and fail (Getaway, True Crimes etc). shortly after Vice Cities and San Andreas were released. Both improving on the one before it. Larger maps, more cars, more fun and ultimately more controversy (Hot Coffee anyone?).
And now in 2007, with the release of the next gen Consoles, comes the next level of gaming excellence. Grand Theft Auto 4. Currently due for an October release, the game will be in my opinion the first game worth getting for the new PS3.
The Developers have already stated the next instalment will include the Euphoria engine, the true benchmark of next generation games created by LucasArts for their newest Indiana Jones and Star Wars Games. This game will the most advanced game released, not only of its own series but of all games.
