Recently announced is the latest game in the Civilization Series.
Due in Spring 2008, the new version of the series will be for currently: X-Box 360, Playstation 3, PSP and Nintendo DS. Whether or not there will be a PC version of the game is yet to be revealed.
Things that have been revealed are:
- 16 playable civilizations with the appropriate leaders
- Streamlined time line for faster game play
- Online capable with Voice and Vision chat
- Downloadable content/achievements
